Comprehensive Remanufacturing Process

Our cleaning process includes hot alkaline spray jet cleaning, pneumatic wire brushing, and ultrasonic cleaning to ensure every component is spotless.

We meticulously measure all components to manufacturer specifications, machining the cylinder bore to accept new pistons and checking for warpage. The cylinder head surface is milled, valve seats are cut, and valve guides are gnurled as needed. We also perform crack detection on cylinder heads using Magnaflux technology, ensuring that your engine is free from defects.

Once all components are prepared, we assemble the engine with new pistons, piston rings, rod bearings, main bearings, oil pump, timing kit, balance shaft bearings, and valvetrain components. After assembly, we conduct a spin test to ensure everything is functioning correctly before packaging the engine in a corrosion-inhibiting bag for delivery.
