Once the engine components are prepared, we machine the crankshaft to accept new bearings and assemble the engine with all new parts, including pistons, piston rings, rod bearings, main bearings, oil pump, timing kit, balance shaft bearings, and valvetrain components. After assembly, we perform a spin test to ensure everything is functioning correctly before packaging the engine in a corrosion-inhibiting bag for delivery.
